There can be times when we feel overwhelmed, unable to deal with issues or just lack a sense of wellbeing in our lives. These periods can be really challenging and disruptive, and can sometimes lead to a sense of hopelessness. The research tells us that almost half of all Australians will experience a mental health condition at some stage in their lives, and all of us can struggle emotionally at times. It can be hard to take that first step, however seeking help from a clinical psychologist can greatly assist in restoring you to mental health and wellbeing.
“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom”
